The
Pulse of Entertainment: Ying Yang's D-Roc Releases ‘America's Most Wanted' Solo Album, Mr. Collipark and DJ Krispy Kreme
Producing (September 1, 2023) - "We make twerk music, we do get ‘crunked'
when we dance," said D-RocYing of the Grammy nominated duo Ying Yang Twins. D-Roc just released
a new solo project "American's Most Wanted" (2Lit Records).
D-Roc's fans was
requesting that he release new music, so he said that is why his new solo project is called "America's Most Wanted"
(2Lit Records).
"I just wanted to branch out," he said about his new solo project. "Everybody wanted
us to come out, that's why it's called ‘America's Most Wanted.' I been working on it in my studio at home. Everybody
labels us crunk music because Atlanta is known for crunk music, that's (Lil) Jon."
"Me and Kaine dropped
an EP in December. Right after that I started recording," D-Roc told me after I asked when he started his solo project.
"We started our tour at the top of the year."
The album, in the Ying Yang Twins fashion, is hyped and
lyrically stimulating. His music video looks like he was having fun, twerking.
"That was fun," D-Roc
said about a music video of his we were talking about. "It's just me making music from the heart for fun. I love making
music."
The "American Most Wanted" offers 12 tracks. The project received production assistance
from Mr. Collipark and DJ Krispy Kreme. Featured artists include Wavy Baby, Bizzy Black, Krispy Kreme, Classico Mystyc, Hyppie,
and Phor.
"I got no bad reviews," DRocYing said about the new project. "I hope to take it to platinum.
I worked hard on it. I'm still touring. I'm still on the road...touring with Snoop."
