Parker Releases ‘After the Whiskey Pt 1', Preps to Release Part Two
"Country
music was in my environment," said Camille Parker when I asked about her vocal sound that
seems to have a Pop/Traditional Country vibe. "My grandfather introduced me (to Country music)."
In school she was introduced to Pop music and there you have a fresh Country sound that
is Camille Parker. Parker had just released her "After the Whiskey, Pt. 1" EP when we
talked. The music video to the title track, only a month old at the time, had accumulated 14,000 views.
"I can diffidently move," she laughed a little when I asked if she could dance, because in
the music video to "After the Whiskey Pt 1" it looks like she can really party. However, she pointed out "I'm
inspired by Reba McIntire, even Whitney. I'm following the footsteps of all those women...carrying on Country."

is the Country industry about Camille Parker that she has been invited to perform at the Grand Ole' Opry in February, 2024
as Country music's new artist to watch -out for. Camille has been recognized as the CMT Next Women of Country and was featured
on Apple TV's "My Kind of Country." Her debut single "The Flame" has over two million streams and it has
reached Apple Music's Top 10 Chart.
