The Pulse of Entertainment: Keyboardist Jeff Logan to Release ‘Indigo,' Produced by Grammy Winning Paul Brown, April 12, 2024

(March 19, 2024) - "I got into the indigo color," said R&B/Jazz keyboardist Jeff Logan about the meaning to the title to his upcoming album release "Indigo" (Fire and Ice Network) to be released April 12, 2024. "Its metaphoric for my life."

The new Jeff Logan album is produced by Grammy winning Paul Brown (Boney James, Norman Brown) and offers 10 selections.

"The first single ‘Let It Go' came out in January, its on the charts," said Jeff. "In Spain its already went from 87 to 9!"

The project features assistance from Paul Brown (guitar), Shane Theriot (bass, drums, guitar, and keyboards), Gorden Campbell (drums), Roberto Vally (bass), Ron King (horns), and Greg Vail (sax).

"The response has been overwhelming," said the Maryland resident. "I approached Paul Brown about producing a project...I wanted to concentrate...let others bring their skills."

When I asked what took so long in between albums he replied, "I've been away for a while and now I am back. I've written over 400 songs...it was a matter of time. I wanted it to be my Picasso, a renaissance. Each song melts into the next...like being connected to the Spirit."

"I had something in mind," he said when I asked about the albums production. "But it diffidently took on a life of its own."

In a few words Jeff Logan embodies the concept for the "Indigo" project, "No matter what you are going through it's still beautiful (in the world)." www.JeffLoganIndigo.com
