(September 20, 2024) - "We've grown 315% in listeners," said entrepreneur Alander Lee Pulliam, Jr. about his Gospel radio station 98.8 FM securing placement on iHeart. "That was because of iHeart...it was amazing."

Alander is a businessman. Aside from his radio station, Pulliam is an author, politician and film producer. He produced the BET Awards in 2016, 2018 and 2019; Black Rugrats in 2021; Fast & Furious Presents Hobbs & Shaw in 2019, and Family Matters TV in 2020. "I've been in the radio field ½ my life...had a show on different stations," Alander said to me when I asked.

The Texas native started on radio as an intern, then during Covid he went up in the ranks until his focus went bigger.

"In Atlanta I was on 107.3. I wanted my own...representing what my grandmother wanted and listened to," he said about his radio station.

If you listen to the 98.8 FM station you can heard that ole' time Gospel, what some call Traditional Gospel. His station is in syndication appearing on Zeno.fm/radio/98-8fm-radio, MyTunes-Radio.com, Dir.rcast.net/radio/68536, and GetMeRadio.com/stations/988fmgospelradio.

Pulliam's 98.8 FM station consist of various live and recorded radio shows, podcasts, and new artist reviews. Some of the shows include The Christian Podcast hosted by Reuben Koomson, Rebecca Riziki, James Wanaka, and Edwin Mello, Pastor Gino Jennings' Podcast, and Phil Roberts Podcast "Finding Peace of Mind in Christ" - to name a few.
