(December 8, 2020) - "Part of it is a lil' selfish," Attorney Symone Redwine said when commenting on her many ways of providing free legal advice via many platforms, such as her "Info-tainment" Podcast, the "Shed G & Friends" Podcast where she is a panelist with other industry professionals, and via Tik Tok videos and her Referral@GirlIsThatLegal.com email. "I like to help others fix their problems. I have some crazy stories."

Symone, also an actress (Problem Child, "Texas Ranger"), gave an example of the legal advice she gives, such as when you are the passenger in a car pulled over by the police, you do not have to give your identification to the police if you are not the driver.

"(In law) Black women are underrepresented. It's the distrust of the legal system. You just have to understand how it works," Redwine pointed out.

Symone Redwine, Esq. received her JD from Cornell Law School and clients have included Christian Louboutin, Louis Viutton and Diane Von Furstengerg. She recently became a Managing Partner at Esquire Litigation Group with offices in Houston and Dallas, Texas.

"I just joined them," she said. "Right now I handle automobile accidents (claims). Also FDA...Johnson & Johnson...the talc-based baby powder gave women ovarian cancer. There's evidence that Johnson & Johnson started marketing it to African-Americans in the South."

Her "Info-tainment" Podcast airs new episodes on Wednesdays at 9 p.m. Central, which can be accessed via
www.GirlIsThatLegal.com. She also appears in an OWN Network reality show "Ready to Love."

Symone discussed the various bits of free advice she shares with the public and the benefit it not only has for them, but for her too - as a citizen of the world. It's evident she looks at the whole picture that shows her helping others helps her - helps society.

"It's very fulfilling to me. I really like to help everyday people...I got answers to everyday questions," Symone admitted. "They're legal facts that everyone can use....like contracts, whatever you disagree with...cross-out and initial."

Symone went on and on about simple legal facts that could really benefit the everyday person who can not afford attorneys. Attorney Symone Redwine is progressively advancing and will no doubt soon be serving us as a judge, a judge with a mentality of helping the everyday person with the power of knowledge.
